Huairou Investment Promotion Bureau is a functional agency of Huairou government. Its main function is as follows:

a)Publicizing investment policy of Huairou district; being responsible for liaison for clients home and abroad, reflecting opinion and request of clients, investigating and bringing forward suggestion for improving investment environment of Huairou district.

b)Carrying out investment promotion affairs; being responsible for consultation, negotiation and further coordination of introduced projects.

c)Sponsoring various kinds of investment promotion conference under guidance of district government; organizing local units to attend investment promotion activities home and abroad.

d)Collection available investment resources for the whole district, compiling and advertising investment project and establishing key projects database; collecting, publicizing and feeding back investment information.

e)Establishing investment promotion agency system, recruiting investment consultant, establishing database for key industries and VIP clients.
