1.Power: There are one 220kv and four 110kv transformer substations in Huairou with total capacity of 321.6Mkw. One 110kv station serves in the downtown with double loop way.

　　2.Water: The water factory with daily capacity of 40,000 tons serves in the downtown and all the process has been automatically controlled by computers. So far the tap water has been popularized through almost the whole district.

　　3.Drainage: The underground drainage pipes extend as long as more than 150kms. A sewage treatment factory can handle wastewater of 50000 tons and the regeneration project can let clean water of 50000 tons per day.

　　4.Refuse disposal: With refuse disposal capacity of 200 tons per shift (8hours), the integrated refuse disposal center has been put into use. The second phase of this project is under construction.

　　5.Telecommunication: Huairou possesses a predominant comprehensive communication network, cable phones and wireless communication are accessible all over the district. ADSL and wide band net are taking shape.

　　6.Heat and gas feeding: Collective heating is popular in almost all the industrial zones and residential areas in the plain. Natural gas supply is also taking shape. At present, Huairou is processing the preconstruction work of the backbone natural gas pipes. After completion of the project, the gas resource of the district will be effectively integrated, which will offer strong support to industry development.
